FINANCIAL SUPPORT INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN CONSTRUCTION

Цель статьи - акцентировать внимание на вопросах, связанных с финансовым обеспечением реализации инновационных проектов в строительстве. Проанализированы традиционные и специфические формы источников финансирования инноваций Раскрыты некоторые особенности финансового обеспечения инвестиций строительство, приведен ряд примеров использования новейших технологий, отмечены проблемы, связанные их внедрением отрасль. Научная новизна исследования заключается выявлении причин низкой эффективности стройиндустрии («инновационной медлительности») России основных проблем, препятствующих развитию внедрению технологий строительной сфере. The purpose of the article is to focus on issues related financial support when introducing innovative projects in construction. Traditional and specific forms financing innovations construction were analyzed. Some features for investments are disclosed, a number examples using latest technologies given, problems associated with their introduction into industry noted. scientific novelty study identify reasons low efficiency (“innovative slowness”) Russia main that impede development implementation sector.
